Buying fees
+ Notary fees on the sale price of the property, excluding furniture,
for a VEFA
+ 5% government tax
+ Application fees for the EDB (application fees for purchase made in an IRS, RES and PDS up to 20,000 MUR)
+ French Immo Consulting agency fees of 2.3% (2%+VAT)

Depuis 2002, le gouvernement mauricien en collaboration avec l'Economic Development Board - EDB ( autrefois BOI)
ont mis en place les dispositifs suivants: IRS, RES, PDS, Smart City et R+2.
Ils offrent aux étrangers la possibilité d'acquérir un bien en pleine propriété au sein d'un
programme immobilier de luxe et d'obtenir un permis de résidence permanente pour toute acquisition
d'un montant supérieur à 375 000 USD.
